Nathan has more than 20 years of expertise providing assurance services, including audits of financial statements and internal controls, initial public offerings (IPO) audits, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation, and compliance audits. His background includes numerous years at a Big Four firm, as well as a couple of national accounting firms.
Nathan has worked with both private and publicly held companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, medical technology, real estate, digital media, consumer and industrial products, healthcare, as well as not-for-profit organization and employee benefit plan audits.
Nathan has also overseen the internal audit department of a publicly traded manufacturer with worldwide distribution. He was an instructor for a Big Four firm, chair of an AICPA chapter, and was formerly a competitive alpine ski racer.
